What method of payment do you take?
We currently accept PayPal, and will be adding Google Checkout and separate credit card processing services in the near future.

How long will it take to receive my design?
The turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project and the number of projects we are currently working on. Before any work begins, we will give you an estimated delivery date.

Will you make revisions to the design if I want changes?
During the design process, we will show you a rough draft of the design. You will be able to provide feedback and let us know what changes you would like to see made during that phase.

Is it possible to get a bulk/family discount?
We offer custom design packages to fit any needs. Please contact us for more information regarding your project.

In what format is the design delivered?
We'll send you a JPEG preview image, as well as an uncompressed TIFF file. Other file formats can be delivered upon request.

I'm interested in having my design printed and framed. Do you offer such a service?
At this time we do not offer a printing and framing service, but it is something we may consider in the future.
